JBSPS’s Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law, New Panvel, National Day Celebration Committee, under the guidance of I/c Principal, Mrs. Sanavi Deshmukh Ma’am and Incharge of the Committee, Asst. Professor Sagar Devghare Sir, celebrated the birth anniversaries of Mahatma Gandhiji and Lal Bahadur Shastriji with great enthusiasm and vigour.

The celebration began with the welcome note from the host, Ms. Chaitrali Kane, 3^rd. Yr. BLS,LL.B student, singing of the National Anthem, lighting of lamp and garlanding the photographs of Mahatma Gandhiji and Lal Bahadur Shastriji, as well as garlanding the photographs of JBSPS’s late Janardan Bhagat, late Changu Kana Thakur and late Bhagubai Changu Thakur.

The program was introduced by co-host Avantika Gavand, 3^rd. Yr. BLS,LL.B student. After that Sandeep Singh, 3^rd. Yr. LL.B student and Anil Gamare, 2^nd. Yr. LL.B. student spoke a few enlightening words about the life of Mahatma Gandhiji and Lal Bahadur Shastriji, their contribution towards the freedom struggle and building up of our nation from its infant stage.

The program was attended by a large gathering of students from BLS, LL.B. and LL.B. as well.

The co-host delivered the vote of thanks and the program ended with the singing of the National Song.
