Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law, New Panvel organized a guest lecture on “Police Administration and Its Role in the Indian Criminal Justice System.” The speakers for the lectures were Police Sub-inspector Mr. Dattatray Bhosale (Maharashtra State Police, Head Quarter) and Assistant Police Inspector Mr. Narayan Sarode.
The lecture was organized by the Asst. Prof. Sagar S. Devghare and Asst. Prof. Aparajita Gupta subject professors under the guidance of Mrs. Sanavi A. Deshmukh (I/C Principal).
The lecture was attended by students from 4th BLS LL.B. Sem VIII, 2nd LL.B. Sem IV, and 1st LL.B. Sem II as a part of their syllabus in Law of Crimes and Criminology, wherein students actively participated, asked questions, shared their perspectives, and engaged in discussions on various aspects of police administration and its interface with the criminal justice system. The program was hosted by Ms. Kamini Patil (1st year LL.B.), and thanks were presented by Mrs. Asha Mule (2nd year LL.B.). And concluded with the national song Vande Mataram.
