The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law, New Panvel. proudly organized the highly anticipated Chandrayaan-3 Viewing Event on 14/07/2023. The event aimed to enlighten and engage students, faculty, and astronomy enthusiasts alike in the awe-inspiring world of space exploration. Through this report, we will highlight the key aspects and outcomes of the event.
The Chandrayaan-3 Viewing Event served as an excellent platform for students and faculty members to gather and witness the celestial marvel of India’s space program. The event was meticulously organized to ensure a seamless experience for all participants and foster a spirit of scientific curiosity and exploration.
The primary objectives of the Chandrayaan-3 Viewing Event were as follows:
a) To provide an opportunity for students and faculty to witness the launch and subsequent trajectory of Chandrayaan-3.
b) To facilitate a deeper understanding of space exploration and its significance in scientific advancement.
c) To inspire and motivate students to pursue careers in the field of space science and technology.
The Chandrayaan-3 Viewing Event organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell’s in charge Asst. Prof. Himanshu Arvind More, at Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law, New Panvel under the guidance of I/C Principal Ms. Dhanashri Y. Kadam, was a resounding success. It provided a unique opportunity for students, faculty Asst. Prof. Bhagyashri N. Kamble, Asst. Prof. Aparajita A. Gupta, Asst. Prof. Ravnish Bector, Ms. Pallavi Khot, Mr. Hrushikesh Huddar, Mr. Ujwal Patil, Mr. Vishwas Thakur and astronomy enthusiasts to witness and learn about India’s lunar mission. By fostering scientific curiosity, promoting knowledge sharing, and inspiring future generations, the event made a significant impact on the participants’ understanding and appreciation of space science.
