P.T. IV (Moot Court) AY 2021-22
As a part of Practical Training Examination, the Final Year Students are required to participate in Moot Court exercise on 29th April 2022. An endeavor is made in Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law to ensure that the students get maximum experience to shape up their career and attempt is made to give exactly appellate side experience to the students.
Adv. Shri. Shreekant Gavand, Addl. Public Prosecutor, High Court, Bombay graciously spare his valuable time and acted as the Judge for this moot court and he not only gave sufficient time to each student for making oral submission but also encourage the students to make submissions on various points by asking various quarries. Asst. Professor Mrs. Dhanashri Chougale and Asst. Professor Ms. Bhagyashree Patil ensure smooth functioning of the Moot Court. This exercise helped the students to gain valuable practical experience.
