Due to two years lockdown on account of corona pandemic, lectures were being conducted through online mode and as per directions of the Government, the colleges resumed physically from February 2022 and the college become lively due to presence of the students. Janardan Bhagat Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha’s, Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law had organized Fresher’s Party on 10th April 2022, to give a warm welcome to the new comers i.e. the First Year students of Five Years, Three Years Law and LL.M. Course. Due to time constrain on the same day Farewell Function was also organised for final year students to give them best wishes for their prospective career.
The Fresher’s as well as Senior Students of the College took initiative for organising this function. The theme of the function was Bollywood and the seminar hall was decorated according to the theme.
Thereafter lot of games were organised for electing Mr. Fresher & Ms. Fresher’s and Mr. Farewell and Ms. Farewell and considering overall performances and answers given to various questions Ms. Sanjivani Patil, LL.M., 1st Year was declared as Ms. Fresher of the year and Mr. Advait Gaikwad B.L.S. 1st Year was declared as Mr. Fresher of the year. Ms. Kavita Singh, B.L.S. 5th Year was declared as Ms. Farewell of the year and Mr. Suyash Bartake B.L.S. 5th Year Mr. Farewell of the year. Asst. Prof. Ravnish Bector, Asst. Prof. Sanghapriya Shere, Asst. Prof. Dhanashree Chaogule and Asst. Prof. Bhagyashree Patil gave awards to the respective winners. Dr. Mrs. Shitala S. Gavand, Principal of the College gave best wishes to all the students. During this programme some students performed dances and some sang beautiful songs. At the end all the students danced on the tune of music. Delicious lunch was also given to all the students and staff.
The students of the College – Ms. Samrudhi Tiwatne, Mr. Pratik Dubey, Ms. Manasi Shelar and Ms. Nida Tole hosted the entire programme.
