Department of Law, University of Mumbai, Maharashtra State University and J.B.S.P. Sanstha’s Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law, Panvel, Raigad, jointly organized one day webinar on 15/12/2021 at 6:00 p.m. Hon’ble Shri. Justice A. P. Bhangale and Attorney Hon’ble Shri. Naresh M. Gehi, Esq. Newyork, U.S.A. were the key speakers in this webinar. Dr. Mrs. Rajeshree Varhadi, Professor and Former Head of Department, Department of Law, University of Mumbai, delivered Introductory Address and thereafter DR. SWATI RAUTELA, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Law delivered welcome address. Thereafter Ms. Sanghapriya Shere,  Asst. Professor, B. C. T. College of Law gave introduction of the guest speakers.

The webinar was inaugurated by Hon’ble Shri. Justice A. P. Bhangale, Former Judge, High Court, Bombay and he delivered very informative lecture on the topic “Legal Profession: Challenges, Prospects & The Art of Advocacy” and thereafter Attorney Hon’ble Shri. Naresh M. Gehi, Esq. Newyork, U.S.A. gave an informative lecture on the topic “Legal System In United States of America”

This Webinar series was conducted online on Zoom app and simultaneously telecasted live on YouTube.

Mr. Suyash Bartake (final year student of BCT College of Law) hosted the entire Programme and at the end of the first day of Webinar Series Dr. Mrs. Shitala S. Gavand, Principal, BCT College of Law proposed vote of thanks. The Programme started with national anthem and ended with national song Vande Mataram.
