29.11.2021, Monday, Lecture – 2 by Hon’ble Chief Guest Shri Ram Apte, Senior Counsel, High Court, Bombay.

Under the guidance of Shri. Ramsheth Thakur, Chairman, Janardan Bhagat Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha and Shri. Y. T. Deshmukh, Vice Chairman, Janardan Bhagat Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha, Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law, New Panvel, organized 4th Late Shri. Janardan Bhagat Memorial Lecture Series. Dr. Mrs. Shitala S. Gavand, Principal, took initiative for organizing this Lecture Series. 

Second Lecture in the series was delivered by Hon’ble Chief Guest, Shri. Ram Apte, Senior Counsel, High Court, Bombay. Due to Corona Virus pandemic, this Lecture series is conducted online on Zoom app and simultaneously telecasted live on YouTube.

Dr. Mrs. Shitala S. Gavand, Principal delivered welcome address and introduced the chief guest and highlighted the importance of this lecture series for expanding horizons of knowledge. Thereafter,  by Hon’ble Chief Guest, Shri. Ram Apte, Senior Counsel, High Court, Bombay, delivered lecture on the topic “CURRENT SCENARIO OF CONSTITUTIONAL VALUES IN INDIA” and imparted in-depth knowledge on the topic, enlightened participants with importance of Constitution of India, Constitutional values/moralities in India, discussed various landmark judgments on the topic and dealt with various aspects related thereto. At the end of the lecture Hon’ble Chief Guest, in interactive session gave answers and solved queries of the students.

The lecture was hosted by Miss Krupa Naik (Assistant Professor, Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law, Panvel) and at the conclusion of the Second day of Lecture Series Mrs. Ravnish Bector, Assistant Professor, Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law, Panvel, proposed vote of thanks. Student coordinators Mr. Faizan Shaikh recorded his active participation for smooth execution of the lecture series. The Programme begin with national anthem and ended with national song Vande Mataram.
