Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law (Moot Court Association) had organized Second Intra College Drafting Competition on 05/10/2019 between 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. In the said competition, drafts of two legal proceedings (50 marks each) were to be drafted. 1) An Appeal for Enhancement of Sentence to be filed in appropriate Court and 2) A Suit for Specific Performance of Contract to be filed in appropriate Court. The statement of facts for both the drafts was given to the students at the time of competition along with answer sheet. Many students appeared for said competition.

      After the said competition the drafts were checked by Adv. Shreekant Gavand, Addl. Public Prosecutor, High Court, Bombay and marks were given and the following students secured winning marks and the ranks are as under :

1^st Rank – Suyash Bartake, 3^rd Yr. BLS, LL.B.

2^nd Rank – Anchal Jethnani, 3^rd Yr. LL.B.

3^rd Rank – Nikhil Kotibhaskar, 2^nd Yr. LL.B.

4^th Rank – Pranitee Mhaskar, 5^th Yr. BLS, LL.B.

5^th Rank – Rasika Pawar, 5^th Yr. BLS, LL.B.
