The Convocation Ceremony of all the Education institutes under the wings of Janardan Bhagat Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha was organized on 6th February 2019, where convocation certificates were distributed to the students who had secured first three ranks. The convocation certificates of some of the students were not received from Mumbai University earlier and hence the degree certificates of the remaining students were distributed in Seminar Hall of the College on 20/2/2019 at the august hands of the Chief Guest, Prof. Shri. Prakash Mokal, Ex. Principal, Government College of Law, Mumbai.
The Programme begins with the lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries and the Chief Guest garlanded the photo frames of goddess Saraswati, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Late Smt. Bhagubai Changu Thakur.
At the beginning of the programme, Two-minute silence was observed in memory of the CRPF jawans who were killed in a suicide bombing attack on Thursday, 14/2/2019.
Then after felicitation of the chief guest, Dr. Mrs. Shitala Gavand, Principal, BCT College of Law introduced the guest and gave the welcome address. She expressed her gratitude to all the passed out students of the college, who attended the programme in large number.
The degree certificates were given to the passed out students at the hands of the Chief Guest, Prof. Shri. Prakash Mokal, Ex. Principal, Government College of Law, Mumbai and thereafter he gave a very informative speech. After the question & answer session, few passed out students shared their experiences.
The programme was hosted by Ms. Pranali Railkar, (3rd Yr. LL.B) and at the end vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Sabahat Hasware (1st Yr. LL.B). The programme was concluded with the national anthem.
