Bhagubai Changu College of Law, New Panvel organized an orientation program for the newly admitted BLS, LL.B. & LL.B. students in the Seminar Hall of the College on 21st December 2018. The programme was aimed at providing an insight to the students, of the entire law curriculum.

The Programme was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest, Dr. Narayan Rajadhyaksha, Principal, New Law College, Mumbai. Dr. Mrs. Shitala S. Gavand, Principal of BCT College of Law, felicitated the guest and gave the welcome address.

The Chief Guest Dr. Narayan Rajadhyaksha briefly explained the curriculum of the law course and explained the importance of various law subjects. He said confidence is very important in this profession and to achieve self-confidence, it is necessary to improve communication skill, vocabulary, public speaking, body language and importantly listening skill. It is also necessary to participate in all activities, as it helps to reduce stage fear. With a lot of examples of eminent legal personalities, he explained the importance of hard work. He also highlighted various carrier options, available after obtaining the law degree. He also satisfied a lot of quarries of the students, in the question-answer session.

Ms. Pranali Railkar (Student of Last Year LL.B.) hosted the programme and Ms. Pranali Auti (Student of Last Year LL.B.) proposed the vote of thanks and the programme was concluded with the national anthem.
