Under the guidance of Shri. Ramsheth Thakur, Chairman, Janardan Bhagat Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha and Shri. Y. T. Deshmukh, Vice Chairman, Janardan Bhagat Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha, Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law, New Panvel, organized Late Shri. Janardan Bhagat Memorial Lecture Series with the initiative taken by Dr. Mrs. Shitala S. Gavand, Principal of the college.
The third lecture in the series was delivered by Shri. Niranjan Mundargi, Advocate, High Court, Bombay on 28/10/2018. He was welcomed and felicitated by Dr. Mrs. Shitala S. Gavand.
Shri. Niranjan Mundargi, Advocate, High Court, Bombay delivered a lecture on the topic “Criminal Trials”. Right from lodging of FIR till the conclusion of Trial, he explained all the stage involved with examples. He also clarified the difference between summons cases and warrant cases and clarified various important aspects of criminal trials.
Thereafter during question and answer session, Shri. Niranjan Mundargi gave answers to the lot of questions asked by the students
Ms. Pranali Railkar, 3rd Yr. LL.B. hosted the programme and Ms. Mrunmayee Khambete, 3rd Yr. LL.B. proposed vote of thanks.
